Bowtie & Arrow is located in Melbourne, Australia. All of our orders are dispatched from one of two warehouse locations in Ringwood North or Richmond. Currently we do not have a store front or click and collect location, but we do offer free complimentary shipping on all orders.

If you are interested in being a stockist of Bowtie & Arrow, please contact us using our contact form and state your store name, ABN, store address, contact name, number and email. Once your wholesale application is assessed and approved you will be given access to our wholesale price list. Please note that we have a minimum first order of $500 for wholesale customers.
Once your order is packed and sent you will receive an email notification with a tracking link. All Bowtie & Arrows come with free shipping and full tracking.
Please check your shipping address and selected product carefully before completing your order. Once the order is complete we will do our best to accommodate any changes, but cannot guarantee these will be made before the warehouse has dispatched your order. If you notice an error in your order please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
We ask that you leave delivery instructions for the driver to safe drop your parcel wherever possible if there is a chance that nobody will be in attendance at the address at the time of delivery. In case delivery of your parcel was unsuccessful and it has been returned to sender, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange re-delivery. Depending on your location, there may be a charge to resend the parcel.
If you have received your order and it is not quite what you had in mind we would be more than happy to accept a return for an exchange or store credit. Please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of placing your order to arrange a return. Note that we do not offer refunds or cancellations. This does not exclude you from any Consumer Guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable regulations.

Most Bowtie & Arrow sets are limited edition and may go out of stock and be discontinued. If the product you are interested is not in stock, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We may be able to source more of the same item or something very similar to meet your needs.
All Bowtie & Arrow products are designed, curated and packed in Melbourne, Australia. Our buying and design team source our premium accessories from carefully selected partner factories in China that uphold our high quality standards.
For international orders, please note that the free shipping does not include any customs or import duties that may or may not be applicable for your delivery.
