Returns
If you have received your order and it is not quite what you expected, we will gladly provide an exchange or store credit provided that the goods are returned in new saleable condition including all packaging within 30 days of placing your order. Please send an email to contact@bowtieandarrow.com to begin the exchange process within 30 days of placing your order.
Please select your items carefully and ensure to leave enough time for shipping, as we strictly do not offer refunds. This does not exclude you from any Consumer Guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable regulations.
Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, minor surface imperfections are not considered to be faults. If you have received your order and are not happy with the products, please email us at contact@bowtieandarrow.com so our customer service team can resolve this.
